Hello, here we have a 1999 Topps Finest Complete ALL REFRACTOR set of 300 cards. Building a regular set of these was pretty tough, putting together an all refractor set was nearly impossible. You got 2 refractors per box (24 packs) so you do the math and the odds...... Took years and years to track down all 300 of these. All cards are pack fresh, no visible damage and are in near mint condition. They are in a album with 9 page protective sleeves. I also include the 4 different checklists.
