Vintage Lego System 810 Lego Town All Original 1962 Very Rare 99% Complete

810 LEGO Boxed classic VINTAGE 60s Set. The set is 99% complete and has been built each Christmas by my children. There are a few broken signs but most of the bases and poles are still present. The box is in top great condition and all original, it has some minor water damage on one corner as pictured. I built a couple of buildings for examples of what the set can do, on the back of the board it has lots of construction ideas.

There is a couple of the battery bricks also from the 1960s included and original wiring.
