This is literally the best, most unique set of the Original 151 Pokemon cards you could possible find. Every Pokemon card in this listing comes from the earliest possible and most collectible, RARE sets. ALL CARDS are EITHER HOLO, RARE, Shadowless, 1st Edition , or Base set ALL LISTED! More shadowless and 1st editions than ANY OTHER set avail online! There are 43 possible Holographic cards included in the 1st three Pokemon card sets.

This set contains EVERY SINGLE ONE of the 43 HOLOGRAPHIC cards! His lot contains the MOST HOLOGRAPHIC CARDS of the sets currently listed!! Each Card is PICTURED AND LISTED BELOW!! I do not use "stock" photos! CONDITION of these cards are GREAT!

Most are from light play - near mint or better; with the exceptions mentioned below. ALSO see condition guide below. The Charizard Holo is damaged and shown in detail in the pictures. The Blastoise has a small crease also shown in the pics. The Charizard is by far the worst condition with the other holos exhibiting some whitening and surface rubs.

Typically arriving within 2 or 3 days! Here is some additional info on the Shadowless and First Edition cards that this set contains. For those who don't know, the very first cards released in the US were the first edition Base set shadowless version. They are called shadowless, due to the lack of "shadow" around the character box in the first prints. There are other ways to distinguish them, but this is why they are referred to as shadowless If you are new to Pokemon, they may be hard to distinguish at first, but once you have seen enough, you can spot shadowless cards in your sleep. Then the non 1st edition shadowless set was released directly after the first, making the two sets the absolute most sought after cards in the game. The next set (Base unlimited) all have the shadow around the character box and therefore are easy to distiguish.

All the early cards are becoming more rare and more collectible, but the shadowless cards are way more rare, collectible, and have more than tripled in value just in the last 5 years. F i rst Editions: Each of the first original sets (Base, Jungle, Fossil) were printed with a FIRST EDITION version.

They are easily distinguished by a black circle with a "1st edition" clearly maked on the left side of the card, just outside the character box. In the subsequent sets, the "1st edition" mark was removed and the unlimited versions were printed. There were MUCH less 1st Editon cards printed and they are becoming more rare and hard to find. These cards have also increased in value in the last 3 years. Not as much as the shadowless have, but they are much more collectible than the unlimited versions!

Condition Guide: These cards are over twenty years old. Since there are so many cards included in this set, they do differ in condition. The cards may have whitening on the backs which is common from taking cards in and out of binder pages.

There may be surface scratching and other minor flaws on the holos. PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICS SO YOU CAN SEE THE CONDITION!!

I do not want anyone purchasing these cards with any false expectations. If you are expecting pristine PSA 10 grading cards, this is not the set for you. If you are expecting a GREAT collection of cards, in very good, COLLECTIBLE condition, then this is what you are looking for. You will be very pleased with this set!
